Sales roundup for Briar Forest, week ending Nov. 11

There were 15 sales in Briar Forest for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1219 Heathwood Drive. Gabriela Rivero sold the home to Connor Andrew Stephen on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1980, the 2,722-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is in the Woods of Lakeside subdivision.
