Westbury Christian grad Ellis contributes to Iowa State University victory
Fallon Ellis, a graduate of Westbury Christian High School, is a sophomore forward on the Iowa State University women's basketball team.
Westbury Christian High School graduate Fallon Ellis contributed two points in Iowa State University's 67-59 win against the University of Northern Iowa on Monday, Dec. 17 at the McLeod Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
The Iowa State University sophomore forward also recorded two rebounds for the Cyclones, who improved to 7-1 on the season, according to Iowa State University's website.
Iowa State University's next game is at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 at home against East Tennessee State University.
Ellis is a 2010 graduate of Westbury Christian High School in Houston, where she was a four-time letter winner for the Wildcats. Ellis earned all-state honors from the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches and TAPPS, was a 2011 McDonald's All-American game nominee, and also earned all-state honors as a junior. Ellis is from Missouri City and is the daughter of Sonya Watkins Ellis.
