Westbury Christian grad Collins helps in South Florida victory
Westbury Christian High School graduate Anthony Collins played for South Florida in an 87-84 win at home over Bowling Green Friday, Dec. 21, in Tampa, Fla., the South Florida website reported.
South Florida's next game is 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29 at home against George Mason.
Collins, a 6-foot-1 sophomore guard for South Florida, is a 2011 graduate of Westbury Christian High School. He earned first team all-state honors three years in a row during high school. He is a Houston native.
