Weekly sales roundup for Spring Valley Village, week ending Dec. 2

There were four sales in Spring Valley Village for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1218 Krist Drive. Amanda S. Simons and Jeffrey H. Simons sold the home to Cartus Financial Corporation on Friday, Nov. 30. The 4,549-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 1978 and is located in the Brighton Place subdivision.
