Weekly sales roundup for Greater Uptown, week of Dec. 2

There were nine sales in Greater Uptown for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5337 Navarro St. Clifford Kuether sold the home to Jeannie Kuether on Friday, Nov. 30. The 3,321-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 1996 and is located in the Lamar Terrace subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1901 Post Oak Blvd., Unit 3603 to Maryam Emadi and the sale of 808 Augusta Drive, Unit 0808 to Alicia Romero and Jason Tebeaux.

Sales volume was 47 percent lower than the previous week and 35.7 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Greater Uptown has averaged 16 sales per week during the last 12 months.
