Weekly sales roundup for Briar Forest, week of Dec. 2

There were 13 sales in Briar Forest for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 414 Lakeside Estates Drive. Christine Arzymanow and George W. Arzymanow sold the home to Jacques H. Aubry on Friday, Nov. 30.
