Weekly sales roundup for Uptown, week ending Dec. 2

There were three sales in Uptown for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3023 Fairdale Lane. Mn Falls At Fairdale LLC sold the home to Felix J. Bradbury and Sara P. Bradbury on Friday, Nov. 30. The 2,778-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home is located in the Falls at Fairdale subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 5710 Winsome Lane, Unit 2 to Kuei Ying Huang and the sale of 5717 Val Verde St. to Micaela Rebizzi.

Sales volume was 200 percent higher than the previous week and 50 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Uptown has averaged two sales per week during the last 12 months.
