Second Baptist grad Person helps in Case Western victory
Second Baptist graduate Julien Person contributed seven points to Case Western Reserve's 101-99 home win over Alma College Friday, Dec. 28, at Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland, the Case Western website reported.
The sophomore guard also recorded four rebounds, one assist, four steals and two blocks as the Spartans improved to 6-4 on the season.
Person is a 2011 graduate Magna Cum Laude of Second Baptist High School in Houston, where he was named to the All-State Tournament Team and All-District Second Team, and to the National Honor Society. The management major is the son of Christophe and Beatrice Person of Houston.
