Second Baptist grad Person helps in Case Western win
Second Baptist graduate Julien Person scored 12 points at Case Western Reserve won 90-82 at home over Albion College Saturday, Dec. 29, at Horsburgh Gymasnium in Cleveland, the team's website reported.
The sophomore guard also recorded 4 rebounds, four assists, one steal and a block for the Spartans, who improved to 7-4 on the season.
Case Western's next game is 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 at Carnegie Mellon University.
Person is a 2011 graduate magna cum laude of Second Baptist High School in Houston, where he was named to the All-State Tournament Team and All-District Second Team, and to the National Honor Society. The management major is the son of Christophe and Beatrice Person of Houston.
