Painting and drawing class registration open at SBEC

Registration is under way for a painting and drawing class at the Spring Branch Community Education Center.

According to a press release, "This course will cover drawing (figurative and still-life), painting in acrylics and watercolor, and mixed media/collage. For all skill levels. Beginning students will learn the basics, and more advanced students will progress on an individual basis."

Classes will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays, starting Saturday, Feb. 9.

Course fee is $130 plus a $25 materials fee payable to the instructor.

The Spring Branch Community Education is located at 9016 Westview, Houston.
