Cake Decorating I and II class offered at SBEC

Registration is under way for the Cake Decorating I and II class at the Spring Branch Community Education Center.

According to a press release, "Learn the fundamentals: icing, preparing cakes, coloring techniques, using a star tip, printing and writing, introduction to Piping Gel, pattern transfers, drop flowers, and rose and figure piping."

The instructor will provide a list of supplies to buy at the first class.

Classes will be held from 9-11 a.m. Mondays, starting Monday, Feb. 4. Course fee is $120.

The Spring Branch Community Education Center is located at 9016 Westview, Houston.
