Sales roundup for Greater Uptown, week ending Dec. 9

There were 25 sales in Greater Uptown for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6212 Cedar Creek Drive. David L. Kerr and Sally S. Kerr sold the home to SRS Contracting Co. on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 1958, the 2,760-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is located in the Briargrove subdivision.
