Weekly sales roundup for Uptown, week ending Dec. 9

There were five sales in Uptown for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5738 Beverly Hill St. Polina Minulina Sharma and Ravi A. Sharma sold the home to Gunjan Patel and Pratik Patel on Tuesday, Dec. 4. The 2,799-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home is located in the Park at Beverly Hill subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2212 Fulham Court to Danny Kim Nguyen and Margaret Tung and the sale of 3006 Fairdale Lane to Syed A. Raza.
