'Leaving San Jacinto' opens at Country Playhouse on Feb. 28
The Houston Masonic Library and Museum will offer the play "Leaving San Jacinto" beginning Thursday, Feb. 28 at The Country Playhouse in Houston.
According to a press release from the Houston Masonic Library and Museum, the play celebrates Texas Independence Day and paints a vivid dramatized account of the birth of the Republic of Texas.
Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28; 8 p.m. Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2; and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3.
Tickets are $28.
The Country Playhouse is at 12802 Queensbury Lane, Houston.
