Houston's Cypress Creek Foundation February Event Schedule
Cypress Creek Foundation has a busy February in store for music lovers with the 5 Browns 'in Hollywood', the Rob Landes Trio and the 'World of Song' Choral Concert.
The 5 Browns 'in Hollywood' will deliver on their dream to wake up classical music by introducing it to the widest, largest and most excited audience they can find. Whether performing individually or together in various combinations from duo to complex five-piano arrangements, The 5 Browns reveal a deep connection to the intent of their material while bringing a fresh energy and dynamic character to the color and tonal spectrum of their sound. Tickets are $35 - $65 for the Feb. 2, 2013 performance at 8 p.m.
Rob Landes and his trio, performing at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, will delight you with romantic selections to get you in the Valentine mood. He will also take requests from the audience. Tickets range from $6 to $12. This interactive experience is the perfect Valentine's celebration.
'World of Song' Choral Concert, performing at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, introduces students from Klein, Klein Collins and Klein Oak High Schools as they join to perform the 13th annual 'A World of Song,' conducted by Craig Jessop, Dean for the Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University. Tickets are between $6 and $12.
