Weekly sales roundup for Greater Uptown, week ending Dec. 23

There were 24 sales in Greater Uptown for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6150 Olympia Drive. Kamal Ariss and Traci Ariss sold the home to Jacques Landry and Melisa Landry on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The 4,067-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 2003 and is located in the Briargrove subdivision.
