The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Monday, Dec. 31:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:07 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Blue Willow Drive and Candlewood.

An EMS event was reported at 9:53 a.m. at Country Place Drive and Fern Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 5:25 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Glenwood Canyon Lane and Woody Creek Lane.

A call regarding a motor vehicle incident was received at 1:41 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Memorial Drive and Country Place Drive.

At 6:25 a.m., an automatic alarm incident occurred at South Voss Road and Westheimer Road.

An EMS event was reported at 3:46 a.m. at Summerblossom Lane and Meridian Springs Lane.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 3:59 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Summerblossom Lane and Meridian Springs Lane.

A call regarding a motor vehicle incident was received at 1:50 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Tully Road.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 7:27 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Westella and Westmead Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 6:20 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Memorial Drive and Rip Van Winkle.

A house on fire was reported at 6:38 p.m. at Palm Forest Lane and Mayport Lane.

A stand-by FIRE was reported at 10:38 p.m. at Town and Country Lane and Norstone Drive.

A call regarding an automatic alarm incident was received at 6:32 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Westlake Park Boulevard and Gracie.

An automatic alarm incident was reported at 10:48 p.m. at Westlake Park Boulevard and Gracie.

An EMS event was reported at 10:18 p.m. at Woodway Drive and Fondren Road.

At 3:25 p.m., a minor accident occurred at the 11000 block of Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 1:32 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 1200 block of Tully Road.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 1:34 p.m. at the 14000 block of Memorial Drive.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 3:45 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 14000 block of Memorial Drive.

At 3:19 p.m., a minor accident occurred at the 1700 block of Post Oak Boulevard.

A call regarding a non urgent traffic hazard incident was received at 6:38 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 10000 block of Holly Springs Drive.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 6:20 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 10000 block of Westheimer Road.

At 5:24 p.m., a minor accident occurred at the 11000 block of Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 4:32 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 11000 block of Barryknoll Lane.

A minor accident was reported at 5:42 p.m. at the 11000 block of Westheimer Road.

A minor accident was reported at 6:49 p.m. at the 11900 block of Westheimer Road.

At 8:05 p.m., a minor accident occurred at the 12000 block of Westheimer Road.

At 9:19 p.m., a non-fatal major accident occurred at the 14600 block of Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 6:06 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 14800 block of Memorial Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 10:40 p.m. at the 600 block of Nottingham Oaks Trail.
