Memorial incident report, Jan. 3

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Thursday, Jan. 3:

At 1:27 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Bering Drive and Westheimer Road.

An EMS event was reported at 9:58 a.m. at Enclave Square East and Enclave Square South.

An EMS event was reported at 4:31 a.m. at Fountain View Drive and Richmond Avenue.

At 4:55 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Keatley Drive.

At 10:18 a.m., an EMS event occurred at North Post Oak Lane and Houstonian.

An EMS event was reported at 9:56 a.m. at South Tracewood Bend and North Tracewood Bend.

An EMS event was reported at 6:35 a.m. at Woodland Park Drive and Richmond Avenue.

An EMS event was reported at 1:57 p.m. at Woodway Drive and Lazy Hollow Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 1:38 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Yorktown Street and Milan Estates.

An EMS event was reported at 6:59 p.m. at Eagle Vista Drive and Piney Woods Court.

An EMS event was reported at 8:41 p.m. at Fulham Court and Olympia Drive.

A call regarding a motor vehicle accident was received at 8:46 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Woodland Park Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 12:12 p.m. at the 12000 block of Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 1:11 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 13000 block of Westheimer Road.

At 9:27 a.m., a minor accident occurred at the 1500 block of Enclave Parkway.

A traffic hazard incident was reported at 1:54 p.m. at the 4500 block of Woodway Drive.

At 12:16 a.m., a minor accident occurred at the 5900 block of San Felipe Street.

A minor accident was reported at 9:03 a.m. at the 800 block of North Eldridge Parkway.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 9:30 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to the 12000 block of Kimberley Lane.

At 8:42 p.m., a non-fatal major accident occurred at the 2000 block of Woodland Park Drive.
