Westbury Christian grad Turk plays in Loyola loss
Westbury Christian High School graduate Devon Turk scored three points in Loyola University's 61-59 loss to conference rival UIC Wednesday, Jan. 16, at UIC Pavilion in Chicago, the Loyola website reported.
Turk also recorded one block for the Ramblers, who are 10-7 on the season and 1-4 in conference.
Loyola's next game is 7:05 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20 at Chicago State.
Devon Turk is a freshman guard for Loyola University. He is a 2012 graduate of Westbury Christian High School in Houston where he was considered one of the top shooters from the Houston area.
