Arrest report for Jan. 13-16

The following arrests were reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Office for the period of Jan. 13-16:

A 26-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with burglary of a home and possession of a controlled substance penalty grade one (4 to 200 grams). He was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 14 and is facing second degree felony charges.

A 24-year-old Houston man is facing state felony class C misdemeanor charges of theft of a material (50 percent aluminum, bronze or copper), failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and driving with expired registration after being arrested Jan. 14.

A 38-year-old Houston woman is facing a state felony charge of insurance fraud $1,500-$20,000 after being arrested Jan. 14. She was booked Jan. 15.

A 17-year-old Houston woman is facing class B misdemeanor charges of failure to possess identification and theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested Jan. 15. She was booked Jan. 16.

A 51-year-old Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while license is suspended after being arrested Jan. 15. He was booked Jan. 16.

A 22-year-old Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested Jan. 15. He was booked Jan. 15.
