Second Baptist grad Person plays in Case Western loss
Second Baptist High School graduate Julien Person scored 12 points as Case Western Reserve University lost 82-60 at home to conference rival Emory Friday, Jan. 18, at Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland, the team's website reported.
Person also recorded four rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocks for the Spartans, who are 8-7 on the season and 1-3 in the UAA.
Case Western Reserve's next game is at noon Sunday, Jan. 20 at home against Rochester.
Person is a sophomore guard for Case Western Reserve University.He is a 2011 graduate Magna Cum Laude of Second Baptist High School in Houston, where he was named to the All-State Tournament Team and All-District Second Team, and to the National Honor Society. The management major is the son of Christophe and Beatrice Person of Houston.
