Weekly sales roundup for Spring Valley Village, week ending Dec. 30

There were four sales in Spring Valley Village for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8730 Lanell Lane. Whitaker Interests Ltd. and Whitaker Realty Management LLC sold the home to Camille Tonnel and David Tonnel on Wednesday, Dec. 26.
