Weekly sales roundup for Mid-West, week ending Dec. 30

There were seven sales in Mid-West for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2914 Freshmeadows Drive. Garret Quarles and Jenna Kaci Quarles sold the home to Paige A. Garrison and Taylor S. Wright on Friday, Dec. 28. The 2,330-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1963 and is located in the Briarmeadow subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 8201 Richmond Ave., Unit 55, to Mootassem Elhajj and the sale of 3644 Ocee St. to Seedergy Ventures Inc.

Sales volume was 46.1 percent lower than the previous week and 600 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Mid-West has averaged five sales per week during the last 12 months.
