Weekly sales roundup for Greater Uptown, week ending Dec. 30

There were 16 sales in Greater Uptown for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 651 Bering Drive, Unit 1205. Issa B. Tre Cook sold the home to Nadim I. Cook on Friday, Dec. 28. The 1,528-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1983 and is located in the Woodway Place condo development.
