Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene to expand international services
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene of Houston announced that it will enhance the real estate company's international services by forming three multicultural advisory groups.
According to a company press release, the advisory groups will specialize in Asia, Europe and the Americas to promote foreign investment in Houston real estate and better serve the international community now living in the area.
The advisory group will be made up of agents with demonstrated international experience and cultural education.
The formation of these advisory groups comes at a time when the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate has named Houston as the fourth best place to invest in real estate. This was the first time that Houston made the top five level of the Global Cities list by the organization.
"In 2012, foreign investment totaled $1.26 billion in Houston commercial property, up 32 percent over 2011," said Mark Woodroof, partner with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, in the release. "We expect that trend to continue. Insuring that inbound and outbound home buyers and sellers are serviced appropriately will send a message to the rest of the world that Houston is a financially sound city to invest in, and an even better place to call home."
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has 20 offices and 850 agents located throughout the Houston area.
