Sales roundup for Greater Uptown, week ending Jan. 20

There were 11 sales in Greater Uptown for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 661 Bering Drive, Unit 706. Susan S. Morrow sold the home to Clive Fleishman and Lisa Fleishman on Friday, Jan. 18.

Built in 1980, the 936-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath home is located in the Woodway Place Atrium condo development.
